2 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 cup chopped pecans or 1 cup chocolate chips, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray large cookie sheet with Pam. Beat egg whites with electric mixer until glossy. Gradually add sugar and beat until mixed and mixture is stiff. Beat in cream of tartar. Gently mix in optional ingredients, if desired. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.
Place cookie sheet in oven, turn off the oven's heat, and leave in overnight.
DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR
Serve next day
