Imperial Mayonnaise:
1 C.mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. Fresh Lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
Mix all ingredients and blend well.

1 lb. crab meat
1 c.Imperial Mayonnaise
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped red pepper
4 tsp. chopped Chives
16 Jumbo shrimp
1 tsp. butter
1/4 c. white wine
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Fisherman's Wharf
Preheat oven 350
Mix all stuffing ingreidents with the Imperial Mayonnaise until well blended. Split the shrimp in half lenghtwise so the shrimp rests flat. Spoon the stuffing on top of each shrimp. Sprinkle with lemon juice and white wine.
Bake for 10-20 min. our until stuffing is lightly brown.
Great with baked potatoes sour dough bread and salad.
