Preheat oven to package specs. Mix cake mix and diet coke together. Place in greased/floured cake pan and bake according to directions on box.

I learned this recipe in the famous WW rooms. I top mine with mashed banana and free cool whip. You can also vary this recipe in so many ways. Try Diet Sprite with white cake mix topped with fresh strawberries or pineapple. You truely don't miss the eggs or oil in this fat friendly recipe! My coconut cake is a variation of this recipe and people request that I make it often.
