1-1½ lbs. grated cheddar cheese (mixed cheeses ok)
1 c. mayonnaise
¼ c. finely chopped green onions
Hot sauce to taste
Jar of Raspberry or Strawberry Jam (not jelly)
Ring Mold
Crackers
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together. Coat the ring mold lightly with additional mayonnaise. Press mixture into mold. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Remove from mold; place jam in the center of the ring. Serve with crackers.
