2 Ibs ground beef or ground turkey
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c green peppers, diced
I/4 c sugar
1/8 c vinegar
1 1/2 c catsup
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, drain fat. Add onions and green peppers cook 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until thickened, about 1 hour. Can also be put in crockpot and simmered on low for several hours. Serve on buns.
