Ingredients:
1 medium size onion
4 jalapenos
2 cans Del-Monte Mexican Recipe Stewed Tomatoes (any canned tomato will work)
1 T. salt
1 to 2 freshly chopped tomatoes (optional)
1 T. freshly chopped cilantro (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and jalapenos coarsely and put in blender. Pulse several times until onion and peppers are finely chopped. You want small chunks of onion and peppers. Add the canned tomato and salt. Pulse until well blended. This is usually done fairly quickly (about ten pulses). You can add fresh chopped tomato and cilantro if you wish. Usually one or two tomatoes is enough. If adding cilantro, be careful because it will overpower the salsa if you add too much. You add these at the same time you add the canned tomato.
