1 banana
1 cup nectar: chilled
1 cup fat-free peach yogurt
1 Tablespoon frozen lemonade concentrate
1/2 cup club soda, chilled

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, combine the banana, nectar, yogurt, and lemonade concentrate. Process for 30 seconds, or until smooth and creamy. Stir in the club soda, and serve immediately. Make 4 sevings.
