2 large sweet potatoes- peeled and sliced 1/4 inch
2 large white potatoes- peeled and sliced 1/4 inch (optional)
2 T flour
1/3 c butter- meted
2-3 clove garlic crushed and chopped.
1 T chopped fresh Rosemary
1/2 t salt
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a zip lock bag add flour and potatoes shake well. Remove potatoes and discard extra flour.

Return potatoes back to bag, add melted butter, salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic. Shake until well coated.

Arrange potatoes, garlic on a well greased baking sheet.

Bake 400º for 40 min or until potatoes are tender and browned.
