1/2 c butter
1 c sugar
1 large egg
1 1/4 c flour
1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/2 t salt
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 t vanilla
1/2 c pecans chopped
1/4 c brown sugar (packed)
3/4 t cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add egg beat well, add sour cream.
Combine next three ingredients to butter mixture.
Beat at slow speed until blended.

In a separate bowl, combine pecans, and remaining 3 ingredients.

Pour half the batter into a well greased and floured Loaf pan (8 x 4 x 3). Sprinkle with half of the pecan mixture. Repeat with remaining pecans on top.

Bake 350º for 1 hour. Do not over bake. You may have to cover with foil the last 15 min to avoid excessive browning.
