Angel Food Cake Mix or Large Angel Food Cake
2 large Containers of Cool Whip
3 different types of flavored extract (peppermint, strawberry, vanilla, rum, etc). Pick flavors that will complement each other.
Small amount of food coloring-3 different complimentary shades

Directions:
Prepare cake and allow to cool. Slice cake into 2 layers. Divide whipped cream evenly into 3 bowls. Dye each bowl to desired color. Flavor each bowl differently. Spread each layer with different flavor/color whipped cream, using one bowl for the outside. Cake will be rainbow when sliced.

Can add items such as cracked peppermint candy, cinnamon candy, coconut, etc. in whipped cream to complement flavor.
