Cookie:
3 c sugar
6 eggs
1 lb. butter
4 to 5 lbs flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
vanilla

Icing:
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 box powder sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon
3 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Cookie:
In mixer, cream butter and sugar. Gradually add eggs. Add flour cup by cup, careful not to overwork dough (other ingredients should be mixed with flour and sifted). Roll dough thin and cut with cookie cutters. Bake until brown.

Icing:
Beat eggs and add other ingredients. Add small amount of water if gets too stiff.
