1 lb. ziti pasta
2 (26 oz.) jars of spaghetti sauce
6 oz. provolone cheese, sliced
6 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1-1/2 C. sour cream
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Brown onion and ground beef over medium heat. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 15 minutes. Layer as follows in buttered 9 x 12 pan -- half of the ziti, all of the provolone cheese, all of the sour cream and half of the sauce, then remaining ziti, all the mozarella cheese and rest of sauce, top with parmesan cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes, until cheeses are melted.
