3-8oz blocks cream cheese (softened)
1 c sugar
3 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 stick butter
1 pack graham crackers
fruit topping of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Use 8 inch spring for pan.
To prepare crust: Crush package of graham crackers. Mix crumbs, melted butter and a little sugar and press into bottom of pan. Bake at 350º until golden brown. Let cool.

To prepare cake: Separate eggs. Beat whites gradually adding 3/4c sugar until stiff peaks form. MIx cream cheese, yolks and vanilla until smooth. Fold whites into cheese mixture, pour onto prepared crust and bake 40-50 minutes.

While this is cooking, mix remaining 1/4 c. sugar into sour cream. Once cake is removed, reheat oven to 475º. Pour this onto top of cake and bake another 5 minutes. Cool several hours. Put fruit topping on as you serve the cake.
