9 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)

1 ¾ cup plain yogurt

Place chicken in a large zip-lock bag with yogurt – let marinate in fridge overnight.



1 cylinder Ritz crackers

1 ½ tsp. garlic salt

1 ½ tsp. seasoning salt

3 T. parmesan cheese

1 tsp. dried parsley

4 T. melted butter

Combine crackers, salts, cheese and parsley in blender, to create breading for chicken.

Remove chicken from bag and coat with the breading mixture. Place on a cookie sheet –

(don’t let pieces touch each other) Drizzle with the melted butter. Cover with tin foil and bake

at 350 for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for 30 minutes more.



I often cut the chicken breasts in half for smaller servings – and bake at 350 for 20 minutes

covered and 20-25 minutes uncovered.
