1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup soft margarine
1 and 1/2 cup mashed bananas (3 large)
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Mix sugar, sour cream, eggs and margarine in large bowl on
low speed, scraping bowl occasionally, about 1 minute. Beat in bananas and
vanilla on low speed 30 seconds. Beat in flour, soda and salt on medium speed
1 minute. Spread in greased and floured 10x15 jelly roll pan. Bake 20-25
minutes - until light brown.

Frosting:
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 and 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Heat to melt cream cheese. Remove from heat, and beat cream cheese and
margarine on low speed until smooth. Gradually beat in powdered sugar, 1 cup
at a time until smooth. Add vanilla. Beat until of spreading consistency.
