Rhubarb Cheesecake Bars Recipe

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 and 1/4 cup flour
dash of salt

1 egg
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cup rhubarb
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Mix crust ingredients together and press 1/2 into 9x13 pan. Mix cream cheese and egg, add rest of the ingredients. Pour over crust and top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
