1-1/2 C. pecans
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter
1/2 C. granulated sugar
dash salt
1/4 C. warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. place pecans in pan and place in oven for 5 minutes. Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon and water in non-stick 2 quart pot. Heat until sugar is completely dissolved and comes to a boil. Cook, without stirring, to a soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Beat by hand until mixture begins to get creamy (about 1 min.). Add vanilla and warm pecans. Stir until pecans are well coated. Pour onto a buttered cookie sheet. Separate the pecans immediately using 2 forks.
