I'm putting this silly recipe in here at the request of my Mamma. She and I would take turns cooking when I was a teenager, to give her a break in the kitchen. I came across this recipe and loved it, it was so simple, she especially liked it! We would have this with maybe some boiled corn and a salad! It wasn't until today, when she was telling me I should include this recipe that she told me Daddy hated this ... he said is was like eating Catsh.t! I tell you, he would sit there and eat his plate of food and never once let on to me his dislike for it! He didn't want to hurt my feelings! I haven't cooked this in years and I'm not sure I ever will again! Not without thinking of both of them...Mamma because she loved it and Daddy because he hated it but ate it anyway!
