1 & 1/2 stick butter
1/2 pound mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1&1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt 1 stick of the butter. Cook Mushrooms. Remove from heat add 3/4 C. crumbs, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Divide this mixture in 8 portions and place on chicken breasts. Fold chicken around stuffing. Place in casserole. Brush chicken with rest of the melted butter. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs, Pour on cream and bake for 30 minute til light brown.
