4 celery ribs, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 (2oz) jar diced pimento drained
1/2 cup sugar
l/4 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup mayonnaise
l/3 cup evaporated milk
l teaspoon salt
l/2 teaspoon black pepper

Combine cabbage and next three ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together sugar, vinegar and next four ingredients: Spoon over cabbage mixture, tossing to coat.
