1/2 to 3/4 cup boiled chicken, flaked, small pieces
1/2 to 3/4 cup boiled shrimp, cut in small pieces
1/2 or 3/4 cup boiled pork, cut in small pieces
1/2 or 3/4 cup cooked ham, cut in small pieces
1 to 2 cups shredded cabbage
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 lbs pancit bihon, from Filipino store.

4 cloves garlic
1 sliced onion
1/2 cup carrots, cut in small cubes
1/2 cup celery, cut in small cubes
1 cup shrimp juice -?-
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Fry separely the garlic, onion, shrimp, pork, chicken and ham. Set aside a portion of each for garnishing the dish. To the rest, add the soysauce, shrimp juice, salt and pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes, then add the cabbage, celery and carrots mixing it well. Simmer until almost dry. Blanch pancit bihon in boilijng water for about 2 minutes and fry in lard. Then add to the mixture and mix it well while frying. Arrange on a platter and garnish with the previously set aside fried garlic, pork, chicken shrimps, ham and slices of lemon/orange halves.
Served qwith pepper and lemon orange halves or lemon juice.
