2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. margarine
4 eggs
6 tbl. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbl. flour
2 tsp. powdered sugar
grated rind of 2 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together 2 c. flour, and 1/2 c. powdered sugar. Cut in butter/margarine.
Pat into a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
Beat together eggs, lemon juice, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt. Beat til fluffy.
Fold in:
4 tbl. flour, 2 tsp. powdered sugar and grated rind of 2 lemons.
Take hot crust out of oven and pour egg mixture over crust.
Return to oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350º.
