1 pkg. Koepplinger's Seasoned Stuffing Croutons
3 to 4 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopper onion
1 stick oleo
Poultry seasoning to taste
Sage to taste
1 large can Mushrooms, cut up, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cook neck, gizzard, liver and heart. Cover with water, add a little salt. Simmer until tender.

Saute' celery and onions in oleo until almost tender using half of the oleo.

Add juice from the turkey parts to bread cubes. Don't soak them. Add celery, onion, mushrooms and rest of melted oleo. Cut the meat off the neck into small pieces and add along with cut up turkey parts.
