1/2 c quick cooking oats
1/4 c flour
1/4 c whole wheat flour
1 T cracked wheat or wheat germ
3/4 c yogurt
1/4 c skim milk
1/2 t salt
1 T sugar
1 t baking powder
1/2 t soda
2 T oil
1 beaten egg
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients and mix.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly and stir vigorously. Let batter site for 30 minutes.

Drop from large spoons onto greased and hot griddle. About 2 soup spoons of batter will make one four-inch pancake. Cook over moderate heat until bubbles form on one side. Turn and cook until the other side is golden brown.
Serve with your favorite syrup. Makes 16 pancakes.
