1 box frozen spinach- drained
1 can med artichokes (10-12 per can) Drain and chop.
1 t minced garlic
2-3 T Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste
1 c mayonnaise
8 ox Mozzarella cheese
8 oz Monterrey Jack cheese
Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Drain spinach, blot with paper towel, chop.
Mix with artichokes, garlic, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix well. Mix cheeses together. Add 2 c cheese to spinach mixture. Mix well.
Spread in 9 x 13 baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake 325º for 20 m in and then bake an additional 10 min at 375º. Serve warm with chips.
