1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes
3 c tomato juice
2 c chicken broth
1 T dried basil
1 1/2 c whipping cream
3/4 c butter
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, tomato juice and chicken broth in a large saucepan. Simmer 30 min. Add basil. Transfer soup in batches to a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Return to saucepan over low heat. Whisk in cream, butter salt and pepper. Whisk until butter is melted and soup is heated. Garnish with cheese.
