Shrimp Scampi Au Gratin Recipe

1 lb shrimp cleaned and de veined with tails on.
2 T lemon juice
1/2 c butter
1/2 c bread crumbs
2T Parmesan cheese
2 t minced garlic
1/2 t oregano
1 T parsley
Fresh ground pepper
Lemon wedges for garnish
Parsley for garnish

Preheat oven to 350
Place the shrimp in a casserole or baking dish. Drizzle lemon juice over the shrimp.
Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in bread crumbs, cheese, garlic oregano and parsley. Spoon the mixture over the shrimp. season with pepper.
Bake for 15 min then place under the broiler until browned and bubbly.
Serve immediately, garnishing with lemon wedges and parsley.
