1 gal. whole milk
3 Junket rennent tablets
1/2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Warm gallon of milk to lukewarm take off fire. Add the Junket tablets into a 1/2 cup of the milk and add the flour to make a paste a little thicker than gravy. Stir this mixture slowly into the rest of the milk until it gets thick. Let set until whey comes to the top. Pour off whey. Pour into sieve, very carefully with a spoon so it won't go through sieve. Take custard and put eggs, sugar cream and vanilla and beat with mixer. Pour into 9 x 13 cake pan and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 min or until set. To serve cut into squares and put in a sauce pan, add sugar cream and cinnamon and heat unil sugar is melted. Serve Warm.

We had this at Christmas every years as I was growing up. Now I fix it for Thanksgiving and Christmas because my grandsons ask for it.
