Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup olive oil
1 1/2 red wine
12 inches of anchovy paste (a few long strands)
1/2 cup olive paste (Olivida or similar)
1/3 cup brandy
handful basil leaves (or 1 tbl. pesto)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in abowl and then marinate chicken in mixture. (Best if marinated 3 hours or more).
Grill chicken.
