2/3 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
4 cups blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together the water, sugar and ginger in a small saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil. Add 2 cups blueberries and stir constantly (until the berries begin to burst) about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining 2 cups blueberries.
