Casserole:
16oz. can cream style corn
10oz. pkg frozen chopped broccoli
1 beaten egg
12 saltine crackers, coarsely broken up
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper

Topping:
6 saltine crackers, coarsely broken up
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the casserole ingredients together and place in a greased 1 qt. casserole pan. Combine the topping and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350º for 35 - 40 minutes.
