3 1/2 Cups flour
2 Tsp. black pepper
1 Cup water
1 Tsp. salt
2 Tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Make a well with dry ingredients. Add oil and water and mix well. Make pencil-thin strips and cut into bite-sized pieces. Place onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375F until crispy and slightly brown.
