1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/4 t. salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sausage in medium skillet and cook over medium heat until brown. Drain well. Line bottom of buttered 9"x13" pan with crescent rolls, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour over sausage. Bake at 425ºF for 25 minutes or until set. Allow to stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
