1 lb. Ground Beef ( 90 % )
½ lb. Ground pork
¼ - ½ lb. Italian sausage
1 medium onion finely diced
1 medium green pepper diced
1 small red pepper diced
½ garlic cloves diced
dash paprika
dash oregano
1 egg
5/6 saltine crackers crushed
¼ cup sauce ( ½ cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, dash of garlic powder, dash of onion powder)

Directions:
Directions:
1.Brown Italian sausage (if purchased in casing, remove casing) drain grease.

2.Sauté onion, green pepper, red pepper and garlic in butter.

3.Thoughouly mix ground beef and ground pork with egg, crackers and sauce ( save ½ sauce for the top of loaf)

4. Add sausage, and sauté mixture as well as paprika and oregano.

5. Form into loaf shape and put into a nonstick or greased bred pan.

6.Cover top with remaining sauce and diced green onion.

7.Bake at 350 for 1 ½ hours ( Test with thermometer or clear juice)

8.Let stand for 10 minutes before removing from pan and slicing.
