3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 C olive oil
1/4-1/2 C rice vinegar
1-2 Tbsp regular vinegar
3/4 C slivered almonds
1/2 C sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp oil
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2-3 carrots, chopped
Other veggies (zucchini, peas, etc)
1 head Napa cabbage, chopped (Chinese cabbage)2 pkg ramen noodles, crushed
In small bowl mix dressing ingredients and set aside.
Add rice vinegar and regular vinegar until sweet and sour are balanced.
Saute almonds and sunflower seeds in oil.
In large bowl, mix sautéed items with vegetables, chopped cabbage and ramen noodles.
Pour dressing over salad, stir well and chill.
