2 pounds ground hot Italian pork sausage
2 pounds extra lean ground beef (you can use buffalo or elk too)
4 whole yellow onions, chopped fine
1 egg
1 head garlic, peeled & minced
12 whole jalapeño peppers, seeded & chopped
3 cups favorite barbeque dipping sauce (I like Cattleman’s)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except the barbeque sauce) together in a bowl with your hands and form into 1 inch balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake 400° 30 minutes or until done
Place cooked Buffalo Balls in a serving dish and pour heated barbeque sauce over the top. Serve with toothpicks.

These are great in spaghetti too with or without the jalapeño peppers
These can also be browned in a fry pan and cooked on top of the stove - usually 15-20 minutes
