In electric mixer at medium speed - beat for 5 minutes
4 Eggs
1 1/4 Cup Sugar

Then add....
1 Lb. Ricotta Cheese
1 Lb. Cream Cheese
3 Tbsp Corn Starch
3 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
Juice of one Lemon
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together until smooth - about 20 minutes.

Then add....
1 Pt. Sour Cream
1 Stick Melted Butter
Beat for 5 minutes more....

Line bottom of spring form pan with foil - grease sides and bottom.

Bake at 350o for 1 hour then shut off oven and leave in oven for 2 hours. Don't open oven door once cake is in.
