Ingredients:  
1 cup of dried tomatoes in olive oil, drain but save the oil.
1/2 c. Parmigiano Reggiano
1/2 c. pine nuts
2 cloves of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and work until it is smooth. Add 1/2 to 1 cup of oil.
Spread on Italian bread toasted and serve.
