1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Tsp. Cream of Tartar
2 Egg Whites
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1/3 Cup of Water
Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine sugar, water, cream of tartar and dash of salt.

Bring to a boil .

Whip egg whites and vanilla for 8 minutes.

Gradually adding the sugar mixture.
