1/2 cup calcium-enriched chocolate say milk
1/2 rip banana
1/2 cup 2% milk, frozen into cubes

1. In a blender combine the soy milk and banana.
With the blender running, add the cubs, one at
a time, and blend until smooth.
Makes 1 serving


I used chocolate soy milk for fantastic flavor.
It you're a soy milk lover, you can substitute soy milk cubes for the cow's milk.


Per shake: 153 cal, 8 g carb, 4 g fat, 2 g sat. fat, 9 mg chol, 1 g fiber, 99 mg sodium
Diet Exchanges: 1 fruit, 0 vegethable, 1 milk, 1 fat, 0 carb, 0 meat
