Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Whole grains (wheat, oats, barley, millet... whatever you like)
Seasonal fruits
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Roughly grind the grains (I like to do the harder ones a bit finer and the softer less so).
In a sealable container, pour enough water over the rough-ground grains that there is about an inch of water covering them.
Seal and let stand overnight in the fridge.
At breakfast, grate some apples, halve some grapes, dice some peaches (whatever) and top the softened grains. Guten appetit!
I like to leave the grains cold, but you can heat them up a bit as well, just don't bring them to a boil.

Preparation Time:
5 minutes (plus soaking overnight)

This is a German living-foods breakfast treat.
