4-6 eggs
1 cup pre-sifted Flower
1/4 cup Butter
1 cup Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Separate egg whites in blender (whip) then add milk, Flower, Vanilla, and egg yolks in to the blender keeping it running as you add each ingredent.
Pre heat oven to 425 cook for 15-20 minutes until it has risen and the edges are browned.

Put a cast iron pan on the burner on low and put the butter in the middle of the pan and let it slowly melt. After all ingredents are mixed and the oven is hot, pour the mix into the center of the melted butter slowly as the batter will form under the melted butter.

After done in the oven sprinkle the powder suger and cut into pie slices and serve

This was a recipe from my grandmother who has passed away and I loved to eat as a child when she would cook it for me. However, since learning what I know now you can find all organic ingredients to make this. So I am sharing to just keep this dish alive. enjoy
