2 1/4 c. white cranberry juice
3/4 c. sweet & sour mix
3/4 c. fresh Meyer lemon juice
1 3/4 c. plus 2 T. Absolut Citron Vodka
ice cubes

Directions:
Combine cranberry juice, sweet & sour mix and lemon juice in a large (12-cup) pitcher. Stir in vodka. Working in batches, fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add cocktail mixture. Shake briefly; strain into 8 Martini glasses.

I found this recipe in the March 2007 issue of Bon Appetit. Meyer lemons can be picked freely at 7 Lakes Resort in Palm Springs if you are lucky enough to be visiting Mom and Dad!
