2 1/2 to 3 Cups Flour
1 Egg
1 Cup Water
Pinch of Salt

5-6 Cooked Eastern Potatoes
2 ozs. Cream Cheese
8-10 Slices of American Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix four, egg, water and salt by hand until dough comes away from the bowl.

Mix together Potatoes, Cream Cheese, and American Cheese. Set aside.

Roll dough - 1/16" thick.
Make circles using a glass.

Put a spoonful of potato mixture in the center of each circle. Fold over forming a moon shape.

Cook in boiling water.

When cooked, immediately put in cool water to stop the cooking process.

Serve on a plate with melted butter or margarine.
