1 box yellow cake mix
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
6 drops red food coloring
1 6oz can frozen pink lemonade concentrate - thawed
1 can whipping cream
2 tbsp. sugar

Prepare cake mix according to directions
Bake in two 9 inch round pans.....cool cake.

Stir ice cream till softened and quickly stir in red food coloring. Add 1/2 cup of lemonade concentrate. Spread evenly in foil-lined 9 inch round cake pan. Freeze 2-3 hours till firm. Place one cake layer on plate, add ice cream layer from the freezer and then place the 2nd cake on top of ice cream layer.

Frosting :
Time to use the whipped cream...
Add the remainder of the lemonade concentrate to the can of whipped cream and the 2 tbsp. of sugar.
Blend together until stiff

Frost cake on sides and top

Return the cake to the freezer for a least 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
