3-4 lb chicken
1 1/2 c. celery, diced
1 c. onion, diced
1 1/2 c. cubed velveeta cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans mushroom soup
3 eggs, beaten
6 c. chicken broth
10 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken,drain and remove fat. Dice chicken and return to broth. Mix in rest or ingredients and
pour over bread crumbs. and mix well. Put in roaster that has been sprayed with pam. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours or untill done.

If you have broth left, make gravy for dressing.
This is good to make for a large dinner
