5 apples, peeled and sliced
1 Cup brown sugar
3/4 Cup Quaker oats
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 stick butter softened
1/4 cup apple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F. Put half the apples in a
greased 9 X 9 inch pan. Blend together the remaining
ingredients except the apple juice. Crumble half this
mixture over the apples. Cover with remaining apples,
then remaining mixture. Pour juice over the top.
Bake for 35 minutes.
