Ingredients: 1 1/2 c butter softened 1 1/2 c granulated sugar 2 large eggs 4 tsp vanilla 4 c flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt

Directions: |
Directions:Beat butter and sugar together with electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Mix flour, baking powder and salt together. Add to sugar mixture in 3 additions mixing well after each addition. Dough will be stiff. Use spritz gun (I use an electric one). Fill up cookie sheets with cookies, decorate and bake 10-12 minutes at 375º or just until light golden around edges. Do not overbake. |
