1 stick margarine (melted & cooled)
1 egg
1 box yellow cake mix
Topping:
1 lb powdered sugar
1 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine, 1 egg and cake mix until crumbly. Press onto the bottom of 9x13x2 pan. Beat the topping ingredients for 5 minutes. Spread over base and bake for 30 - 35 min at 350º
