1 can yellow hominy
1 can asparagus tips
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

First chill, then open and drain the vegetables. Mix in the mayonnaise and serve chilled.

Three-year-old Alyssa picked these two canned vegetables out of Grandma Peggy's refrigerator and said she liked them. While Grandma drained the vegetables, Alyssa brought the mayonnaise. (She had seen Grandma make it once before!) I like it and Alyssa likes it; what other recommendation do you require!?!

Other vegetables may be substituted. Try English peas and whole-kernel corn.
